RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.

1. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:

Items are considered special orders if they are not normally stocked items. For example, if an item needs to be ordered from the UK, bespoke, or drop-shipped from the manufacturer.

Please contact us if you would like to inquire about making an order.
Special orders may require a deposit.
No returns, cancellations, or refunds allow

2. Returns:

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and ONLY within 30 days from delivery. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details. Buyers remorse or selling your car does not waive the fee.
Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for an RMA and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA.
Returned items must be in brand new condition.
Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.

3. Exchanges:

Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Funktion™, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please us at 704.681.8017 during our office hours to cancel an order. We process your order electronically. Therefore, your order may be processed immediately. Please contact us immediately at 704.681.8017 if you wish to change or cancel your order. Do not assume we will see your e-mail in time as we get hundreds of e-mail messages per day. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order.

Your order must be confirmed by a Funktion customer service representative if it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by Funktion will be charged to the customer. Funktion is not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information. All charges, sales, returns, and exchanges will be calculated in US dollars. Funktion is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value.

International customers are responsible for understanding their country's international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery unless otherwise noted by Funktion. Funktion is not responsible for these charges as we have no affiliation with tax systems set forth by international countries. If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, Funktion will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. Funktion will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.

FREE ECONOMY GROUND ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 DAYS WITH A TOTAL DELIVERY TIME OF 3-8 DAYS. If you don’t want to wait 3-8 business days to receive your order, you can select Ground Shipping with an approx. 1-5 business days delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: If you selected Free Economy Ground Shipping, your order will arrive within the time promised. However, you will not receive a tracking number until the order is actually shipped from our warehouse, which can be 2-3 days after you placed your order.

Pricing: Although we pride ourselves in having the most current and up to date pricing, some content may contain inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. All prices and omissions are subject to change without prior notice.

Modification Legality: By accepting the terms and conditions set forth by Funktion Performance LLC, you are acknowledging that some vehicle modifications may not be legal for on-road use. As a customer, it is your responsibility to know and understand your local laws for vehicle modifications. Not all products are 50-state legal. If you have questions about product legality in your area, please contact your local law enforcement department before making a purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Money orders are also accepted. Sorry! We do not accept C.O.D, personal checks or international credit cards.

Payment Policy - Please read carefully!: If you are using a credit card to pay for your order, enter the information in the required fields carefully. Funktion takes pride providing the best service possible. This includes providing the customer with the highest level of security. We go to great lengths to verify transactions and insure cardholder security. That is why the information entered into the billing and shipping addresses must be correct.

Our address verification process confirms that the billing address you entered matches the billing address your bank has on file for your credit card/ debit card. If information is entered incorrectly in any of the required fields, your order will be delayed, and or canceled. Please, take the time to enter your information correctly into the required billing and shipping address fields. Take time to double check spelling, address numbers and zip codes. Make sure apartment, lot or suite numbers are entered as they are shown on your monthly billing statement.

OFF-ROAD USE ONLY

The person that is purchasing this product makes the following representations and acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

This off-road race only product ("this Product") is designed and intended for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying this Product and/or using this Product (the "User") agrees to use the Vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein.

The User accepting this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless FUNKTION PERFORMANCE, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, distributors and dealers for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses or other costs which may arise from the use of this Product and without limiting the generality of the foregoing specifically acknowledges the following:

Use of this Product for purposes other than solely for competition is a violation of federal law and may violate applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle and other laws. The User warrants that this Product shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events.
That use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others.
That use of this Product may make the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage or death.
That the installation of this Product, improper installation of this Product, use of this Product with other components or failure to use this Product in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage or death.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY. ALL OTHER USES ARE CONTRARY TO FEDERAL LAW. IF YOU INTEND THIS PRODUCT FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
