OEM VS CARBON INTAKE

With ample efficiency for a stock vehicle, the OEM system quickly becomes a choking point for the engine when running Revo Software. The Revo Carbon Lid has been designed to increase airbox volume and promote smoother airflow. The closed air system helps eliminate heat soak whilst directing cold air through its curved design directly to the oversized outlet. With a 16% larger outlet, the Carbon Lid drastically improves the rate at which air can flow, ensuring maximum performance at even Stage 3 specification.

SILICONE HOSE DESIGN

The Revo Turbo Hose as an increased inner diameter to match the large carbon lid outlet that then gradually tapers to the turbo to optimise airflow, while maintaining the tolerances required to fit both LHD and RHD vehicles. Designed to replace the plastic hose and turbo elbow, this upgrade reduces restriction and maximises smooth airflow improving both power and torque throughout the rev range.

TURBO INLET

 

The Revo machined inlet replaces the restrictive elbow found on the IS20/IS38 turbos. The billet aluminium piece securely fits the OE unit using locking tabs and integrated O-rings. With almost double the cross-sectional area compared to other available products, air can stabilize and distribute before a smooth tapered transition to the turbo. Removing the internal steps between components ensures smooth and linear airflow transition between elements, providing uninterrupted airflow and removing any unnecessary turbulence.
